Age criteria:

| 1st Std | July 1, 2015 - Dec 31, 2016 | 6 years | 7 year 5 months plus 30 days |
Documents required:
- Original copy of birth certificate
- Address proof (Ration card / voter id)
- Xerox of child’s aadhar card
- Xerox of caste certificate if applicable
Documents required from 2nd std to 9thth std:
- LC/TC from the heads of recognized institutions
- Xerox of caste certificate if applicable
